We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vehicle Fabricator to join our dynamic automotive team in Qatar. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our operations by fabricating, assembling, and modifying vehicle body parts, frames, and structural components according to precise project specifications and customer requirements. This position requires expertise in metalworking, welding techniques, and automotive construction processes. 

Responsibilities

  • Metal Fabrication & Assembly - Fabricate vehicle bodies, frames, and custom components using advanced metalworking tools while cutting, bending, welding, and assembling metal parts with precision
  • Technical Interpretation & Execution - Read and interpret complex technical drawings, blueprints, and design instructions to execute accurate fabrication work
  • Specialized Vehicle Modifications - Modify vehicle interiors and exteriors for specialized purposes including delivery vans, mobile shops, and custom commercial applications
  • Equipment Operation & Safety - Operate welding equipment, grinders, cutters, and fabrication tools safely while adhering to all safety protocols and regulations

Must Have

  • Experience & Technical Skills - Minimum 2 years of proven experience in vehicle/body fabrication with proficiency in welding techniques (MIG/TIG/Arc), metal cutting, and grinding
  • Technical Competency - Strong ability to work from technical drawings, measurements, and specifications with comprehensive knowledge of vehicle body structures and materials
  • Professional Attributes - Exceptional attention to detail, ability to work independently, physical fitness, and excellent manual dexterity for precision work
  • Safety & Standards Compliance - Thorough understanding of fabrication safety regulations and commitment to maintaining company quality standards

Nice to have

  • Advanced Certifications - Professional welding certifications, automotive fabrication qualifications, or specialized metalworking credential
  • Material Knowledge - Understanding of aluminum fabrication, composite materials, or specialty automotive alloys
  • Equipment Expertise - Experience with CNC plasma cutting, hydraulic forming equipment, or computerized fabrication tools
  • Industry Experience - Background in commercial vehicle modifications, racing fabrication, or luxury vehicle customization
